Nordic Geological Winter Meeting
ORDERFORM
Welcome to place orders for your stand at the NGWM held at the Logomo in Turku!
Stand are built by the event’s official builder, WS-Expogroup Oy.

Your stand size is 4 m², 2×2 m. The stand includes:
– wall structures
– forest green felt carpet
– electricity 8 A
– table 180 x 75 cm and chair.
With this order form you can order additional products: prints, lights, additional furniture, or tv-screens for an extra fee.
Deadline for orders: 29.12.2025.
Deadline for videos: 5.1.2026. This applies if you have rented a screen for your stand.

We charge a 50% surcharge for orders received after the return date. If the exhibitor cancels his order later than two weeks before the start of construction of the event, 50% of the product price will be charged as labor costs. For technical orders, 100%.
The exhibitor is obliged to compensate damage caused, lost or damaged structures, furniture and AV equipment for their full value.
How to make order
1. Choose the products you want and add them to your Shopping cart.
2. When you are ready, open the cart and push the checkout button.
3. Fill your billing details.
We will send you an order confirmation with the invoice details.
Finnish companies and organizations will be billed after the event. Non-Finnish companies and organizations will be billed before the event.
