Welcome to build a strong and distinctive trade fair appearance for your stand at Talent Expo, held on November 12, 2026, at Dipoli in Otaniemi.
The construction of the stands is handled by WS-Expogroup Oy, with the contact person being:

You have reserved one of the following exhibition stands from Aalto University: Mini stand (3 m²), Basic stand (4 m²), Double stand (8 m²), or Extra stand (8 m²).
On this page, you can order products for your stand, such as prints, furniture, and displays, as well as change the carpet color to match your brand appearance, among other options. The product prices include transportation and installation for the rental period.

We charge a 50% surcharge for orders received after the return date. If the exhibitor cancels his order later than two weeks before the start of construction of the event, 50% of the product price will be charged as labor costs. For technical orders, 100%.
The exhibitor is obliged to compensate damage caused, lost or damaged structures, furniture and AV equipment for their full value.

How to make order
1. Choose the products you want and add them to your Shopping cart 
2. When you are ready, open the cart and push the checkout button.
3. Fill your billing details.
We will send you an order confirmation with the invoice details.
Finnish companies will be billed after event. Non-Finnish companies and organizations will be billed before the event.
