Order your ready-made stand, optional wall structures and carpets, prints and other products you need using this form.
Stand are built by the event’s official builder, WS-Expogroup Oy.

We charge a 50% surcharge for orders received after the return date. If the exhibitor cancels his order later than two weeks before the start of construction of the event, 50% of the product price will be charged as labor costs. For technical orders, 100%.
The exhibitor is obliged to compensate damage caused, lost or damaged structures, furniture and AV equipment for their full value.
All orders must be submitted to WS-Expogroup no later than August 14, 2026.
All print materials must be submitted to WS-Expogroup no later than August 14, 2026.
At the venue, the stand sizes are 4 m2, 2 x 2 m.
Stand you have booked only includes power feed at daytime, incl. triple socket.

How to make order
1. Choose the products you want and add them to your Shopping cart 
2. When you are ready, open the cart and push the checkout button.
3. Fill your billing details.
We will send you an order confirmation with the invoice details.
Finnish companies and organizations will be billed after the event. Non-Finnish companies and organizations will be billed before the event.
