EPSC-DPS 2025 ORDERFORM
7-12.9.2025 FINLANDIA-HALL, HELSINKI
Welcome to place orders at the EPSC-DPS 2025 event!
Booth are built by the event’s official builder, WS-Expogroup Oy. With this orderform you can choose carpet color and order prints, additional furniture or TV screens for an additional fee. The rental period is for the entire duration of the event.
Deadline for orders: 13.8.2025.

Set-Up: 7.9.2025 until 12:00 noon (signage) and 14:00 (exhibition & poster boards).
Dismantling starts: 12.9.2025 16:00.

How to make order
1. Choose the products you want and add them to your Shopping cart.
2. When you are ready, open the cart and push the checkout button.
3. Fill in your billing details.
We will send you and order confirmation with the invoice details.
Finnish companies will be billed after event. None Finnish companies before event.

Exhibition Stand Cleaning
– Wet wiping and/or vacuuming of table surfaces and floor

The number of sets required depends on the size of the exhibition or event area.
Set includes:
– 2 pcs 360L waste containers for packing material (combustible waste)
– 1 pc 360L waste container for cardboard
