Welcome to place orders for the STARK EXPO fair taking place on February 6th, 2026!
Stand are built by the event’s official builder, WS-Expogroup Oy.

All orders must be submitted to WS-Expogroup no later than Thu 15 January 2026.
All print materials must be submitted to WS-Expogroup no later than Thu 08 January 2026.
At the STARK fair, the stand sizes are: 2 m x 2 m (4 m²), 2 m x 4 m (8 m²), 4 m x 4 m (16 m²), or a larger custom booth.
The stand you have reserved includes the following items:
– Fabric print for the back wall (from print-ready material)
– Wall structures (white wall elements)
– Exhibition carpet
– Spotlights (according to stand size)
– Electricity
– 1 desk, N10
– 1 bar table, K22 (not included in 4 m² booths)
– 2 bar stools, C2V

Construction time for exhibitors using their own builders:
Wed 4 Feb at 08:00–20:00 and Thu 5 Feb at 08:00–20:00.
Decoration time for exhibitors:
Thu 5 Feb at 12:00–20:00 and Fri 6 Feb at 08:00–12:00.
Dismantling time for exhibitors and other builders:
Fri 6 Feb at 22:00–00:00 and Sat 7 Feb at 07:00–16:00.

How to make order
1. Choose the products you want and add them to your Shopping cart.
2. When you are ready, open the cart and push the checkout button.
3. Fill your billing details.
We will send you an order confirmation with the invoice details.
Finnish companies and organizations will be billed after the event. Non-Finnish companies and organizations will be billed before the event.

Groove panels and supplies
A 1 m (W) x 2.5 m (H) wall element consists of 4 pieces, each measuring 95 cm (W) and 60 cm (H). It is possible to have part of the wall as groove panels and part as smooth exhibition boards. <br />
Various shelves, product hooks, clothing rails, rack bars, etc. can be easily attached to the groove panels. <br />
The groove panels can be arranged in five different ways:
- Model = Groove panels from top to bottom along the entire height
- Model = 3 groove panels at the top, 1 smooth board at the bottom
- Model = 1 smooth board at the top, 3 groove panels at the bottom
- Model = 1 smooth board at both the top and bottom, with 2 groove panels in between
- Model = 2 groove panels at the top, 2 smooth boards at the bottom
