AALTO TALENT 2024 additional order
The Aalto Talent Expo fair on November 14, 2024, will be held at Dipoli (address: Otakaari 24, Espoo). As usual, WS-Expogroup Oy will be responsible for the construction of the stands, with the contact person being:

You have reserved one of the following exhibition stands from Aalto University: Mini Stand (3m²), Basic Stand (4m²), Double Stand (8m²) or Extra Stand (8m²).
Below you will find information related to the stands and making additional orders.

Print-ready materials must be sent by: October 11, 2024.
Orders to WS-Expogroup must be made by: October 11, 2024.
MATERIAL INSTRUCTIONS
BRANDING / LARGE FORMAT PRINTING
You can find all the instructions related to the branding of your stand above under material instructions.
Please ensure that the materials for the branded wall are made according to the material instructions. If the materials are not made according to the instructions, we cannot guarantee high image quality for the large format print, or we might not be able to print the material at all.
If you have a corner stand, you can order double branding as an additional order, which means large format print for both walls of the stand. You can add double branding to your order from the products listed below.
The price for double branding is €350 + VAT 24% (invoiced through WS-Expogroup).
Note! Double branding is only possible for stands that have selected standard branding during registration. This price does not include the basic branding of the stand, which will be invoiced by Aalto University.
If you order a screen with wall mounting for your stand, consider the location of the screen in the material.
If you have ordered a branded double stand, it includes printing for the entire back wall, so you do not need to order double branding separately.

Stand carpet and furniture orders
The stand reservation includes a light gray exhibition carpet. If you want to change the color of the carpet, choose your desired color from the carpet options. The price of the carpet in a different color is €9.50/m².
Additionally, the stand reservation automatically includes spotlights (the number of units depends on the size of the stand), stand electricity, an extension cord, and an Aalto University info sign.
Note! The mini stand does not include spotlights.
Make the necessary furniture orders for your stand according to the instructions below:
1. Select the desired products and add them to the cart.
2. Once you have added the desired products, proceed to checkout through the cart in the top right corner.
3. Fill in your billing information and send the order.
Products are not invoiced at the time of order. You will receive confirmation of your order later by email, and we will send the invoice once the event is set up.
Orders received after the return date will incur an additional 50% fee. If the exhibitor cancels their order later than two weeks before the start of the event setup, 50% of the product price will be charged as labor costs. For technical orders, 100% will be charged.
The exhibitor is obliged to compensate for any damages caused, lost or damaged structures, furniture, and AV equipment at their full value.
